Thanks for the videos. We recently bought a home in MN with 4.5 acres, lots of clean up required similar to that in your video. Seems like a sturdy machine.

Sure thing. Yes, it's very sturdy and I'm quite happy with it. We have numerous dead trees on 8 acres so I'll have some more chipping and logging videos out over the next few weeks.

Combahee Outdoors Sounds good! The quarantine is costing me money with all this time to do outdoor chores!

Great video. Is this chipper also good at chipping dry hard wood that is less than 3.5in

The manufacturer says that it will handle 3.5" material but I haven't tried dry hardwood that large.

Nice video, appreciate you sharing. I am comparing this model with Jansen GTS2000pro and the Woodmax DC1260. I am curious if you looked at other models.

Thanks for the comment Brent. I had considered DR and Yardbeast because of the separate shredding hoppers. The shred hammers seem to reduce brush smaller. Jansen 2000 and Yardbeast 2090 use a 14 hp, 429 cc motor and Woodmax 1260 and DR XL501 use 13.5 hp at 420 cc, so cc-per-inch (diameter) of feed material is virtually the same on all models. I haven't fed anything over 3.5" per Yardbeast recommendation and haven't had any issue with the motor bogging down. I also like how beefy the machine is. Hope this helps.
