Thank you so much!!!! I am super glad you liked it! I never liked how flimsy the yarn ball becomes when I use the yarn winder, so I using an empty toilet paper roll to make it firmer was a good way to solve the problem!

It's funny I've bought the exact yarn winder a couple of days ago and this video came out. lol. I'm just starting out my crochet journey, so it's good to know these things early. I can see the scenario where you're out of a certain yarn to continue a large project. I'm crocheting on a budget so I think I'll pass the thermal printer, just write on a sticker label, stick to the tail end of the string in the middle and cover that with tape. Thanks for the informative vid!

I love 💜 my yarn winder. It's "purple" but more like a mauve color. Winding yarn can be relaxing 😌. I never thought to label 🏷 the precise yarn color like that. Tho I do have the majority of my🧶 stash organized by brand and color. Have a wonderful day Bianca 🤗😘

Ohhh having everything organized by brand and color is SO helpful! I don't have so much space, so I only separate by color. So sometimes there are 3 tones of yellow together, one of each brand. Then the labels become super important for me. About the yarn winder, is yours the electric one? I thought it could be because of the color you mentioned 😅 Have a wonderful day you too my dear 😘

@Crocheniacs i live in a 1 bedroom apt ... ie NOT much space either. I have a small dresser with my bulky yarn. And an office mail shelf that I have my lighter weight yarn crammed into...🫣. 😂 My yarn winder is a small manual 1 like yours. TTYL 🥰😘
