Knitting Machine Beanie Pattern (Easy!)

Learn how to make a super easy and cozy beanie with your circular knitting machine with this step by step tutorial and free pattern!
You can use a Sentro, Jamit, or Addi machine to make this knitted hat. If you've seen those tutorials on Tiktok and wanted to learn how to make it, I'll walk you through the whole process nice and slow.

Ok THANK YOU! I have never made anything in my life. I had gotten this machine for my middle daughter for Christmas. She crochets everything by hand so I thought she'd enjoy this. She hasn't used it since I had gotten it for her. Well, my oldest daughter has just been diagnosed with stage 4 Ovarian cancer in August and has already lost all of her hair due to the aggressive nature of the chemo she needs. So I decided tonight to see if I could find a video and make her some hats. Oh my word!!! I did it thanks to your video! I've gotten one done and I'm so so excited!!! Thank you so much!! You have given me the ability to make something for my daughter to wear so she'll be reminded that I'm always with her and thinking of her during this horrible time. ❤

I hope this doesn’t offend but if you still have any of your daughter’s hair you can velcro a fringe (bang) inside the hat, my mother in law did this, and used to switch it from hat to hat. You machine stitch the hair to one part of the velcro and interchange it. I know this is a strange thing to share with a stranger but my mother in law found it comforting. Sending best wishes.

Got my Sentro machine yesterday. Bought yarn today and used your video to make my first hat! I had trouble casting off, my tail thread was not long enough so I dropped a couple of stitches. Found a video on how to fix it everything turned out great. Thank you for showing a 75 year old man how to “knit”!

I wish my Sentro had a digital counter instead of the one it came with. But I still love it, can't knit or crochet as well as I used to since I got a diagnose with R. A several years ago.. but this helps me keep active. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with other fellow Sentro users.

Depends on how long you would like it, cuff or no cuff, and head size. I did 120 rows I think.
