@@abe3870 😂😂 It went really well. At first. It took about 20 balls of yarn for about 5 x 2 ft and I did it in about two weeks. After that I had to wait for the store to get new yarn 😂 then life happened. I got into a new relationship, started a new job with 50h work week and haven’t touched it anymore basically. How many skeins of yarn do you need? And is there a pattern for this?
@yarnTh3ory2 жыл бұрын
Hello! This video just explains the Jasmine stitch and how to work it. It is not a pattern. The amount of yarn needed will depend on what you would like to make and the size. I highly suggest creating a 4inch by 4 inch gauge swatch using the yarn and hook of your choice. This swatch will help you to determine how much yarn you will need for the project you plan to make.
@godzgirl3712 жыл бұрын
Is there a specific count on the first row (like multiples of 3) or do you create until it’s the length you want? thank you, this is absolutely beautiful.
@yarnTh3ory2 жыл бұрын
Thank you! No, there is no specific stitch count. Let’s say you want to make a blanket that is 36 inches wide. All you would do is keep making foundation puff stitches until the foundation row equals 36 inches. (You could also calculate your exact stitch count if you make a gauge swatch. This is helpful if you want to make items of different sizes. My gauge is 4 puffs stitches x 4 rows = 4in x 4 in . So if I want a 36 inch wide blanket I would need to start with 36 puff stitches).
