Smith looked best, played with the most confidence when he played with his bestie. Sure, a lot of players look good with Mack, but Smith's development is about confidence. He needs to be in a position where the team needs him to produce. Don't put him with the scrubs and ask for a miracle, especially from a guy who went straight from NCAA to the pros without the skillset of someone like a Mack.
