Suggestion: Philip Obaji. I've just watched a great interview, in the bunker, about Russian actions, propaganda and influence in Africa. This guy is great and people really need to hear what he has to say. I'd even think a series, the guy is a gold mine, pun intended! A quick search in your videos turn no results about him. Check his interview, he asks to be interviewed! I think you'll like him too.

After 9-11-2000 I was working as a database manager. ( not very well) but I was surprised by incoherence between the various media I was watching. I imagined a database of all the media linking stories by consistency and by corporate ownership and individual journalists. Ground “newspaper” is doing what I imagined better than I imagined. @@casperhflThe South African gov’t is deeply corrupt, largely friendless & trapped in the middle of multiple environmental catastrophes right now, some self-inflicted, some circumstantial. Russia’s baseically Syria. They’re likely looking for new ways to get toeholds in Africa & gain resource access.

I was watching raw news feeds, in the late 90s. Then it led me to measure how much actual information was in a TV day and how biased it was; which led me to abandon news and all media altogether. Only very recently, actually when the full fledged invasion of Ukraine began, did I decide to do the crazy thing I never thought I could do (other than making the switch to Linux): to go after my own sources, here on YT. Then I started studying propaganda. Then I found Vlad Vexler. Took me a few years. But the determining thing was to render inoperative the YT algo and block channels at their ID level, so they don't even show up in a search. Making a search that yields only 3 results for "China", or 0 for "Russia" feels... peaceful. I, as of today, block 43353 channels,keep a database of them, blocked ones and favorites. I'm my own algo.

@@2russo.phobic4u Macgregor is Ukraine is holding last line at at Kiev, and Ritter is semi ok. bad, but not even close to RFU. Just from day before yestarday, 400 NK died in 2 seconds. Sourse, none. So far by RFU whole 20 000 NK died. Remember, out of force that numbers 10000 men.
