Listening to these videos in 2023, Alhamdulillah. I had recently made dua for Allah swt to make it easier for me to connect to the quran and few days later got introduced to these videos. May Allah SWT reward Sh Yasir Qadhi immensely in both this world and hereafter, ameen.

Assalammualaikum, I usually don't leave comments, but I really wanted to thank Dr. Yasi Qadhi for these lessons throughout the Ramadan. I may not be living in the USA (I'm from Europe) but throughout the Ramadan these video lessons really helped me to understand The Quran and Islam better. I hope videos like these will not only be for Ramadan, but will maybe also be uploaded every now and then afterwards. I am grateful to Allah to have come across these videos and may Allah bless Dr. Yasi Qadhi and the entire team.

Alhamdulilahi. We thank Allah for being in this generation with Shaykh Yasir. Many scholar we read about we wonder how blessed the generation were to have these scholars. You can check the youtube channel of Shaykh there are so many video like this..I strongly recommend the Sirah of the prophet. It will give you a perspective of Islam you cant read in book.

19:43 you've mentioned reciter Ahmed Ali Al-Ajmi, wallahi I've never thought I'd hear you recommend him. He's my favorite qari of all time, I didn't know a lot of people knew him. I strongly recommend to anyone reading this to listen to him recite surah Ash-shu'araa. I kid you not, that surah will be your favorite surah

Also, I am confused by when you talk about the levels of jannah & jahannum do we get into 1 of them or multiple of them? I also have trouble understanding when you say Allah cannot describe the outer layers of silk by the inner 1s for the couches in our language I don't get what you're talking about why can't allah describe the outer layers of silk? Maybe it's too much for us to understand its magnificence? I also like to know what Allah means by surah rahman verse 39 when he says on the day of judgment none will be asked about the sins done by the jinn & mankind when we'll be accountable for what we do in this life. MashaAllah it's amazing surah I just want to understand better in sha Allah please do a detailed lecture series on the surahs of the quran. I hope you understand what I'm saying.

a bit confused by what you said about surah najm if it references the the prophet (peace be upon him)'s night journey which occurred late in the meccan phase why do you consider that this surah was revealed before that? Maybe those references to he night journey were revealed later? someone please clarify this with me I hope you understand my point
