Tears and shivers galore with this amazing and hauntingly beautiful video that transgresses anything Yasmine has visually done before and takes her music further by making it universally eastern and western as it is no longer encapsulated in its undisputedly beautiful oriental setting. Boundaries are simply smashed to bits setting emotions free no matter the language or the geographic origin of the music. And in my opinion, the video conveys the purity, the innocence and the fleeting existence of what all the men in this video were before they grew up. Innocence and paradise lost like a fleeting droplet of morning dew (nediya). Congrats from the bottom of my heart Agathe, Yas and Marc!

this video is just amazing!!I loved the song!I think this song is about girl's innocence and viginity...she looks at every man in the room.this signt is like a touch to their hearts or memory. and she dies in the man's arms. since that time she is not an innocent little girl anymore..
@livebecome69076 жыл бұрын

i have to admit this an incredible video ... im trying to get into the depth of it maybe the girl symbolizes a desire or a missing piece inside these men that is not there or its right there infront of them but they cant have it ... it moved me :) thank you so much for being an inspiration

I think that the girl, to wich she refers as "Wardati" aka, my flower, symbolises the verginity, and how it's coveted by all the man, who, I think, symbolises the society ._. .... But in the end, everyone sees what he wants to see... (sorry for my bad english)

It is very deep! the lyrics are about losing virginity. She refers to "hymen" by "rose". also, she delivers a strong message criticizing the perception of women's virginity within her society. The clip shows a woman dying when choosing one guy among the others. To me, she was also dying in the eyes of the other guys. by taking her virginity away, her life also were taken away. When a woman lose her virginity, she is not wanted by others in some cultures. So she is almost dead. Maybe, one of the other guys was also crying, which can mean, she has became untouchable and inaccesible! meaning, he can never dream about having her in his life no mater how he love her...It can mean too many things! there isn't one only interpretation! this was just my opinion and my analysis. the work of these artists is amazing and deep though! brilliant song and clip!
