👋Hello dear Yasser, warm greetings from cold Germany. What could be better in this messy weather than to immerse oneself in a wonderful and squeaky clean work of art that tells of the promises of spring, a time when everything in nature is renewed and it begins to bloom and green ? In the midst of sprawling forests, far from noisy cities, we have unexpectedly found a treasure, one of many that are still undiscovered, somewhere dreaming their Sleeping-Beauty-sleep until the moment when a prince happens to pass by and brings them to life with his kiss. As we leave the forest behind us, we suddenly find ourselves in a clearing, at our feet a lively little stream flows with a gentle murmur towards the valley and thus escapes our gaze. Around us there is a soothing silence, the stream, which overcomes a small cataract ahead and forms a lovely waterfall, accomplishes this without much noise, as if it did not want to attract unpleasant attention here. In the distance, fog persists stubbornly, because between all the tall trees that have taken root in this area and due to the close water the air is very humid for a long time in the morning. The sun has a late chance to assert itself for a few hours during the day, it will not be above this clearing for longer until the summer time, warming the air and causing the haze to dissipate earlier. The in-time bird catches the worm, a pair of birds have embraced the truth of this statement and set out early to forage. We seem to linger in a truly magical environment. Tall tree trunks continue into the depths of the painting, where they are swallowed up by the haze. Closer to us, we find lower-growing yellowish shrubbery and tall deciduous trees, one of which is covered with purple-pink flowers. Possibly this is a species of lilac that begins to bear abundant flowers in the spring, enriching the whole area with its intense color and spreading with the help of the wind or a light breeze a fragrance that dazzles one's senses. Part 2: This old tree grows, as if protecting, behind a humble but pretty little cottage, in front of which a square has been cleared of the rampant lush greenery, standing there as if it had grown naturally. In terms of its size and shape, it fits perfectly and harmoniously into this environment. The richest person is not the one who possesses the most, but the one who needs the least, and this property is big enough to be able to enjoy living here in this region filled with beauty. Who needs a house with a hundred rooms when one is enough to sleep in ? Possibly, this house has only one occupant. On one of the large stones scattered around the banks of the stream and in the clearing, a woman has made herself comfortable, her eyes turned toward the forest and seemingly content that there is not much to discover here except green rustling leaves and the murmuring waters to which some steps lead down. In this wonderful environment she has found her serenity and perhaps will be waiting patiently for her prince to come along the way to kiss her awake like Sleeping Beauty and take her with him to his castle. - This painting provides a lot of information, we discover fine details and large-scale areas, areas of light and shadow, the contrast between light and dark hues, rich intense colors and less chromatic, feel the overwhelming vibrant energy of the purple-pink flowering tree and, in opposition, the tranquility that radiates the streamlet. The painting lives from the energy of contrasts, the precision of the artist and his sense of beauty, composition and dimensionality.
