@@maddoxio no. Making it short, ursines stole the cauldron of ornn (who ever sips of the cauldron doesnt have to eat for a year). They stole it because voli himself believes that humans should fight to survive and the cauldron was making them weak. So, in the cinematic, you are seeing the sej tribe is going to ursine territory to reclaim the cauldron basically

THIS ISN'T VOLI. Voli is the only god who shares his power with his followers, thanks to this, they can turn into bears and use some of Voli powers. This streak in the sky was to show that their god is with them, as you saw in the beginning of the cinematic they were humans (1:08)
