The Heimerdinger's angry cousin as you called him :D is Ornn, he isnt a yordle like Heimer, he is spirit of forging and craftsmanship in Freljord (the snowy area), basically a god and Volibear's brother...when Volibear messes too much with mortals, Ornn rises to battle him....he hasn't forged a weapon for like a thousand years or something, so maybe he didnt do much in the cinematic but he was crafting some kind of weapon which is a very big deal from lore point of view....something big is coming to Runeterra (world of League of Legends) and it has been already hinted that big Void event will happen this year with the release of new Void champion so be sure to check it out when it happens! great reaction and breakdown as always! :D I don't know if anyone put this in the comments, but as for the character you recognized as Volibear at 4:45, actually that's one of the members of the Ursine! the clan that follows Volibear's guidance and, as a blessing, they have their human bodies merged to the bear form. the only appearance of Volibear is when the ursine member uses the lightening power and the bear silhouette appears in the clouds.

For reference. Red eyed fluffy man is Ornn, a god and brother of Volibear ( Lorewise he is literally the size of a mountain.) The bear guys in the Ice are followers of Volibear and not him himself. If you look closely you can see the lower half of their bodies are still human. The real size of volibear is shown when one of them calls the lightning and you can see the silhouette in the sky. Sejuani is the one riding the boar. And the Viking guy who broke the giant ice thing over his back is olaf, as far as I know he is somehow not supposed to not die in combat which has something to do with his fate or destiny.

Another fun fact is the guy forging the weapons, ornn, hasnt made weapons for a very long time so because he's doing this, a lot of people are speculating that a major void event simular to the ruination is in the works! Pantheon in the beginning has been confirmed to be taking a portal not to the top of mount targon itself but to the celestials! He even has an amazing story that was made recently! Cross those fingers to finally see a void trailer after almost 5 years since kai'sa has been released!

the lore behind the video is that at the start Ornn, the smithing god and third of the freijlord gods, is smithing weapons for the first time in forever, meaning that something big is happening. Sejuani, the lady and the giant boar, along with Olaf, the man with the dual axes, were attacked along with their tribes and are now wandering until they meet Volibear's followrs, the bear people you saw, he doesn't explicitly show up but you see the silhouette of him blessing his followers with power. The other two are Taliyah, the lady with the rock bending powers, and Kai'sa, the lady with the purple skinsuit, who are in the destroyed kingdom of Shurima presumably to find something out about the Void, a source of corruption in the world and whats affecting Kai'sa, they are then attacked by a species of Voidborn named Xer'sai and their queen, Rek'sai, which results on Kai'sa having to sacrifice herself to save Taliyah who then closes and effectively traps both Kai'sa and Rek'sai. The next person is Pantheon, a man who had been chosen as a gods incarnate and possessed by a spirit of Targon, conveniently named Pantheon and Targon the place where gods reside and where Pantheron is travelling to on his mission to stop gods from meddling in mortal affairs, the kicker is the god Pantheon died in battle leaving only Arterus the man who still had the power of a god. He is then attacked by guardians of Targon and then finally challenged by leona, another chosen of Targon, who stalls him until Targon launches an attack on him, but as Pantheon/Arterus has an unbreakable will, he survives and calls upon the remnants of the godly power to launch his attack again. I believe that explains all the scenes shown but if you have any questions feel free to ask!
