I remember that day. I was in school at the time. Riot teased a guy with samurai-like hair and armor. I got excited as fuck. Every day i was back from home , i was looking if they released this guy. One day , i came back from school and there was an update. Shrotly after this music started playing. I fucking KNEW i was going to play hours and hours of this character with my friends. We used to play everytime after school. The laughs , the jokes. Man , this shit was the best thing. Too bad it all ended and we parted ways and stopped playing. Thanks , league.

And With all Due Respect The Shakuachi is a totally different instrument that should not be compared for they Play in significantly different tones and the Xiao is much deeper then its Brash Japanese counter part but in the end both our great and what you think it is, is up to you but based on its tone its most likely the Chinese Xiao.
