What an enormous task just to setup the stall! And to take it all down and clear up at night again. I take my hat off to these hard working guys and they deserve all the success!

I love every second of this, the order and teamwork it takes is so skilled and literally unbelievable. I've frequented these lovely places throughout Japan, Thailand and China and I've grown to respect the fine work they do and what a gift to the community they are.

Is it true they can only open certain times ? These people should be able to work longer hours if they could.Look at how hard they work setting up everything and I mean everything.They have proven they aren't lazy but determined hard workers. Much respect for all of them!

I don't want to complain because I really enjoy these kind of videos. But I do have to say that I don't like the assembly part being over half of the video and the cooking part only lasts 4 minutes. I understand that it's about how hard they are working with their old-school stall but still I think one would like to see more cooking / food instead of how they build their stall for so long. Much love to everyone.
After they set up I never see them soap wash their hands before they start handling the food . They are not sanitary . They should use plastic gloves .
@Dharma_Bum Жыл бұрын
😂 you’ve clearly never worked in a restaurant kitchen. No gloves ever
