Just for your kind information, we rent out our vehicles for its intended use ONLY, which is TRANSPORTATION! Not for accomodation or hanging your under garments on the dashboard. I believe we were being very friendly towards the both of you and we willingly gave you both local rate, and even adjusted our policy to allow tourists enjoy our local discounted rate. Leaving a one star review and bad mouthing my rental company was unnecessary. One of your follower commented "lets all give them a bad review and show the power of india". Is this the kind of power you want to show the world? By giving a bad name to a small family run rental business. You are travellers. You travel around the around. I am a small business owner, the kind of power you and your followers are teaming up for just saddens me. You are spreading negativity everywhere, in especially to my small car rental company. With all the followers you have, you can instead make positive changes. Leaving me a 1 star review will not make you a better person, or prove the power of India.

If your rental services are intended for only transportation then you must clearly mention it in your terms and conditions, a car rented for 24 hours can be used for any purposes as long as it is returned in proper conditions without any damage. That is a fault on your part. He was giving his honest opinion, which is why his viewers watch his videos, had you given a better service, I am sure he would have appreciated it, but you didn't return the full amount and thus he bad mouthed your company. As far as the followers are concerned, I apologise on their behalf as many people take this to a different level, I am sure most people will not want any harm come to your family business.
