Many Africans do speak French at home too, unlike English colonies are better. among the French colonies, overall Senegal is the best country. In our university over 80 countries, students studied and I know them and also followed world politics since the 70s. BTW, the Emperor of CAR was a cannibal (Jean-Bédel Bokassa).
