I thought so, too. I tried all 3 outfits on a regular Barbie and they all fit great! Even the shoes that came with the artist outfit fit a flat footed Barbie. 👍👍

You should find them, as they’ve been doing a pretty good job of keeping them stocked. If your store is out of them, just keep looking each time you go back. I’m sure they will get them in again before Christmas.

Love this video!Wouldn’t you know it - now that we can no longer send soap after this year, DT gets in a brand with 4 in a pack! Let me know how you like the soap. I saw a lot of these items when I was in SD. I wonder if my nearby DT’s will have all the great stuff - the socks, doll clothes, famous people books, and other items. TFS, Trish 😊

Thanks for taking me along with you Trish! So fun since I can’t go right now! I love all the new Barbie clothes! We’ve actually had them in my stores for a while. Same with the Chelsea doll clothes. Love the backpack coloring books and the advanced coloring books! I will definitely be on the lookout for those in a few weeks. I never found the Pele book but I hope they will still be out later on. I love the dominoes sets. I saw that comment also. Great haul! Thank you so much for sharing!

Well, you’re not missing too much at DT right now. Yeah, some of this footage I’ve collected over the last month, bc it’s all coming in so slowly. I was going to can some of the older footage, but decided to go ahead and put it all into a haul anyway, since everyone seems to get things at different times or may not shop as often. There are so many things coming into stores across the country that I’m just not finding…yet. I tried all the outfits on a regular Barbie doll and they all fit great. The shoes from the artist outfit even fit. I was excited about that bc the shoes from the DG doll outfits do not fit Barbie. The emerald green sparkly dress was my favorite on the doll. The set of books that included the Pele book only came into a couple of my stores and about a month apart 🤷🏻‍♀️. TFW my friend 🥰

Thank you for sharing your shopping and haul! I bought two Barbie’s to put in my occ shoe boxes but I’m having trouble finding clothes for them that fit! I’ve tried the dollar tree fashion doll clothes and only one of the gowns fit. I tried hair amazing doll clothes and they don’t fit but I can’t afford to buy Barbie clothes. It’s so frustrating. The Barbie’s have painted on swim suits but didn’t come with clothing.

Watch for Walmart sales on Barbie clothes. Sometimes as low as $1 or $2.

Well you peaked my curiosity, so I tried all 3 outfits that I purchased in this haul on a regular Barbie doll with the painted on swimsuit. All 3 fit her great. Even the shoes that came with the artist outfit fit her, bc she has flat feet. Of the two gowns that I purchased, I like the emerald green sparkly one best. It really looks great on her. The black one with the spaghetti straps and gold sequins around the hem fits her well, but the green one fits better. Also, the hem of the black and gold dress is a little crooked. If you can find the emerald green dress at DT, try that one. Like bernievandewalker said, Walmart Barbie clothes clearance is a good option, but you have to catch them right when they’re marking them down and they only do it once or twice a year. I, personally, haven’t had great luck with clearance Barbie clothes at Walmart, but it varies from store to store, state to state, region to region. I have had good luck purchasing offbrand Barbie clothes on Amazon in bulk packaging ie, 8 sundresses of the same style in different prints. I’ve also purchased some beautiful individual outfits from a seller called e-ting. The quality is excellent and they are cheaper than Barbie clothes at regular price, but they’re not dirt cheap, like the sundresses and bulk. Best of luck and happy packing 🥰

About the soap - do you know if it's permitted to send a powdered soap made especially for cold water washing delicate items? I'm thinking of course about the reusable pads and how it might be good to send something to keep them clean and make them last. Is it only liquid and bar soaps that are being done away with, or would powdered soaps be off limits as well?

I know the answers to a lot of questions, but I’m sorry I don’t know the answer to that one, as I am not an OCC official. Soap is still allowed this year, but this is the last year. My best guess for powdered soap going forward would be, no, but to be certain you should contact Operation Christmas Child directly. You can contact them through their official Facebook page and message them. They are pretty quick with answers. So that you know you are on the right page, it is called just “Operation Christmas Child”. It says Non-profit organization below it and has the Samaritans Purse logo. Tap on the ••• (3 dots) to message them.
