I think it's vrindavani sarang, I am not an expert, it's in Hindustani classical. But it Carnatik it different may be.

We call it Brindavana Saranga. It's originally from Hindustani style, brought into Carnatic idiom by Muthuswami Dikshitar in the 19th century.

Also it is செம்புலப்பெய் and not செம்புலை. புலம் means land, soil. The rendition is absolutely beautiful. It'll be good if such details are taken care of.
