Doing cw at start and landing the combo basically means you took one life from your enemy at start better for the grind but then again, you will have many people mad at you

Of course the #2 person uses pluck. It's the easiest spec to infinite combo with and stun with, and he uses SCR as well. He probably has been practicing and perfecting his infinite combos for a while to basically guarantee a win.

almost every rank players abuses the lingering hitbox and bugs of the pluck spec, they will not come this far without those 2 qualities of pluck. Also the rank player is a scr which is common to find when fighting rank players because scr is bs, takes no skill, 2 barrage without cd, has a 5-8 second counter, has pilot and has cw. In my conclusion the guy who uses pluck and scr is pretty bad if he's not using bugs, lingering hitbox and scr (probably scr is his main) edit: this got recommended to me

Because with some stands, you can completely negate a majority of your opponents health, or their second stock entirely if you know what you're doing. From a competitive standpoint even, it seems a bit ridiculous
