I have YDM-4109 A + It was working fine. Suddenly i dont know what I did but i got into advanced mode i think and now i cant get out. Even if i key in my master code abd the press the ‘i’ button, its only showing one option which is to change master pin. No other option is being displayed. How do I go back to normal mode. Bcoz in this mode its not allowing me to use fingerprint. Plz help

Hi, The easiest way but longer one is to reset the lock to do so watch this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/npKTcoiKos2Aabc Changing mode to advance and normal you have to change let's say master pin code. Do you remember what you have entered? If yes and If you want to solve it without resetting the lock tell me what happens when you Enter master pin code and press i button

I recently replaced the Alkaline batteries, however within 10 days the unit is telling me to replace the batteries again. I did replace them again but within 10 days the same message to replace the batteries was heard. Is the door lock faulty or is there something I can do here?

At first check the connections. then After replacing batteries check whether they get warm and tell me the result.

Hi, I just got my unit and would like to ask if the login password I have is it the usercode or the visitor code? If I would like to delete all the current usecodes and fingerprints and create a new one, how do I go about doing it? Thank you.
