Heres something to do with moat lurker: As rogue use moat lurker on big threat, then shadowstep the moat lurker :) OR use moat lurker on your own sylvanas windrunner, it triggers syl and when the moat lurker dies, sylvanas will be back :)

Not always. The freeze is super important but getting that extra two cards in your deck also helps in a fatigue deck

you could still run duplicates and echo of medivh and play grinder mage to pull off some crazy combos but since n'zoth didn't exist you would never see something this crazy. and Deathlord was overall pretty weak in the past so you would only ever play it in priest for a big taunt with velen's chosen or in mill decks.
