However, if used in the wrong places… - Electric Guitar also triggers a rockfall and wakes up the sleeping lion; - Slingshot angers the bees in the hive; - Banana summons the Mega Monkey; - Autograph in the wrong place is considered littering; - Garlic angers the island natives. - The Flashlight is the only item without an area where it shouldn't be used.

Definitely possible, cos if you're stuck and don't know where to go/what to do next, it'll take a long time to complete the game. You could always play it again via Flashpoint (video description).

@@henrythepotatohead Agreed, though this game all but requiring you to damage-boost past enemies in the first area was definitely a huge factor, too - intentionally eating damage in order to squeeze past all these guys isn’t something that’s intuitive to a younger gamer. I legit thought I was missing some tool to get past some screens when in reality I was supposed to just make a break for it and wade through the chaos. Which I guess is in the spirit of Hai-Hai Puffy Ami-Yumi, I guess. XD

I will never forget that cartoon that marked my adolescence, I was 13 years old when I saw "Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi", on my 14th birthday my parents gave me the musical album of the series. It was a sadness for me, when they stopped broadcasting new episodes and it became "a cartoon of the lot." But I must admit, it is currently a forgotten cartoon.

Back in my youth, I was a big fan of Puffy AmiYumi and Atomic Betty; I even had the mini figurines of Ami and Yumi that sing and react when other characters were attached(Back when Argos Extras had these exclusive toys); I even had the Talking Atomic Betty doll; I was crazy over her. But times have changed and I got rid of them. Now these days, i'm into Anime and creating my own Anime-like OCs

You know, this game actually seems pretty cute and funny like the show itself, it doesn't seem half bad. ^^; I like all the gadgets and getting past certain enemies with dancing. :p I just wish it was longer with more plot, but maybe that's what the other games are for. ^^; Anyways, did you like, find a way to replay this for a Flash game somehow? :O Sigh... I kind of want to replay flash games... I think... there's some old indie games from Itch that still rely on that sometimes, apparently. :p Finally, I'm not sure how many licensed games I've really played, least of all since most are really simple, even if their not terrible. ^^; I think I played some Adventure Time ones before, and there was this one Courage the Cowardly Dog one... I think it was sort of like Gex in a way where he fought with some almighty remote control for some reason, I can't remember. :p

It's a different type of game over. if you used the move with the guitar symbol, next to the warning sign telling you the lion is sleeping. the lion will wake up and it will growl at you and it restarts the game.
