The graphical style of this game is typical of Altron in the early 2000s. They also made Rugrats All Grown Up: Express Yourself. 4:02:55 - Funny how it goes mute during the Hard Mode concert scene. It is probably just the credits track again. I took a look at the OST and there is no extra Hard mode credits track there.
