if it isnt obvious: this is a joke about how there are 3 seperate varients of isaac mods
1) being things that dont make anything change in game except sprites (aka no reworks
2) being huge reworks like fiend folio or other mods that make the gameplay change
3) more shitpost mods like car the automobile
