If Kaido arrived at Marineford it would be total chaos and the Admiral would likely get drawn into the battle as Haki flies around knocking out the weakest Marines and pirates, Shanks would likely arrive off the coast but likely obverse the battle unfolding and the adrimals would likely focus upon the officers and I bet Queen would likely be using his research to cause more chaos so the Fleet Adrimal and Grap would have to enter the fray to stop both yonko, Ace would likely get freed and escape with the help of Mister 3, similar to the original story him surviving or not is up in the air!!
