Crocodile's sand has the ability to phase through people absorbing their moisture and mummifying them (Barjan), this could overcome the Lunarian racial advantage and immunity towards blunt and sharp attacks. Crocodile's own advantage as a sand logia user could help him ignore S-Snake Devil fruit attacks, as he would be able to turn the stone back into sand. The seraphim were shown to be inexperienced and overcome by combined effort of some of the Straw hats. So Jinbei and Franky would definitely be able immobilize the seraphims with Crocodile helping them in this situation rather quickly. I do have to say that Crocodile would fare better in the second round against Greenbull rather than Garp due to his DF advantage. Which may change the outcome, since Sanji who he would switch with due to his special body and genetics would do better against Garp's haki attacks. This way Cross Guild + The Straw Hats would reach way farther through the rounds.

Ok idts, I will break it down for you. What facing the world govt means. Very first thing to note is WB pirates who were called the strongest pirates were low diffed by just the Navy. Just the Navy minus Garp and Sengoku. Now then lets add 5 immortals 1 which even luffy couldnt hurt. Holy knights in which the former leader Garling is confirmed to be really strong by oda. Fought in the God Valley incident. Seraphims who you need adv coc or some tricks to beat 7 of em. Lucci who can take multiple hits from G5 luffy. Then Imu who probably could take on all yonkos together. Even if i nerf. Imu will be min pirate king level , being generous here. And a simple buster call has 100000 trained navy soliders. New Pacifistas which are way stronger. To top it of an ancient weapon which actually works. Just tell me logically how are yonkos beating WG again

we shouldnt count imu at all since imu's real power hasnt been seen once in the show, WB pirates (fleet commanders) could actually hold their own without their pops since wb himself was standing still for a damn long time, they could beat a lot of the vice admirals except garp, the admirals def low diffed a lot of them except marco, med diff, and regarding the new gen yonko grand fleet is a lot stronger to beat basic marines, sure lucci could take hits from G5 luffy but still lost, and G5 luffy could prob destroy a lot of new pacifistas while shanks could use coc on the seraphims, the gorosei would still be a large challenge so i agree with you on everything else

i think by default world gov always wins. because for a long time nobody became a pirate king. however, we forgot about the fleet. remember that whitebeard fleet alone turned level 3 upside down and only lose through betrayal of blackbeard/cheapshot/trickery. we forgot luffy has a fleet, and probably shanks too, who travelled around the world and made friends in many places. the fleet should contain enough fighters able to hold off high ranking gov officials giving more space to other main stronger characters to challenge the main bosses of gov
