Year 2 Day 192 - 16 September 2024 positive mood

rest of the weekend went well. I was in a different supermarket to normal and couldn't find the shopping carts of all thing. couldn't speak properly to people as usual and they were really kind and helpful. didn't tell them what was wrong with me and didn't need to. sometimes people surprise you.
had a message from someone ive known for years. she was very sharp and pretty much made me out to be a drama queen for doing the diary. tried to get in touch to talk with but she never answered. I know this diary won't be to everyone's tastes but Im doing it for me. ive cut ties with her. I don't need people around me that will attack and run away. sticking to my new found limits has made it possible for me to really have no problem with the situation.
im doing well and better at protecting myself
