Like everyone else says, these compilations are great, and yes, they do help this insomniac actually get to sleep and having it playing in the background I have found that if I start to wake up during the night that this sort of things soothes a person just enough to listen, concentrate and drift off to sleep again with minimal effort. Who knows, maybe my brain even stores the content and I learn something while sleeping/dozing....

But I must admit that all the disasters and threads discussed on the channel are interesting. The "Scandal" series is a very nice proposition on this very good KZbin channel.
