Yes! Since you don't need to keep paper copies, I think the simplest way is to put Google Drive (or similar) on your phone and take photos. They will be time stamped and may even have location data attached if you need them later for CRA purposes. If you want to level up, Dext works really well to attach them to transactions in your accounting software.
