Great hotel and the staff is amazing!! Great customer service and daily selection of food variety. I stayed 3 weeks during my 2018 vacation/solo trip to Ghana 🇬🇭 while traveling to Kumasi and other regions, the Marriott stored my luggage for free and I was able to pick everything up instead of lugging everything with me! Oh, I had executive lounge access and the balcony was priceless at night or day. They have weekend live entertainment for guest to hear great music, etc. I highly recommend the Marroitt 🇬🇭 Africa will be my home soon ❤️

Ghana,has always been beautiful and home for me since '72,when I and 40 other Black students from New York came here. Over the decades,we tried to get Blacks to come to Ghana in mass. However,it took the government of Ghana to intervene!!! Just imagine, if they had did this back in the '70's!!!!

What part of New York? You have a point... ALL African countries should rotate through having a “Year of Return” highlighting how wonderful their country is. With coordination and cooperation, ALL of Africa can have its time to show greatness.

The decor, carpets, and floor tiling at the Marriott drives me crazy, who’s idea was it to create such a mis matched mess. But yes there is luxury in ghana much more and much Better than this. kempinski, lu moon, white sands beach resorts, aqua safari (not really luxury but a fun visit), royal senchi

hello Brother, i have friend of mine , asking for recommandation, which country would you recommend between Dar es salaam Tanzanian / Accra -Ghana, i been following your channel for a wine , and i been your subcriber for along subscriber, where would you recommend? where you liked the most, i know both countries are gorgeous, but where would you recommend f, thanks and much love brother thanks

First of all, thank you for watching our videos! It is humbling to know that you have watched enough of them to even ask to compare countries. To answer your question: It depends on what you want out of your experience... Accra has a larger and more developed city atmosphere (museums, malls, restaurants etc.), Dar Es Salaam has an international city vibe depending on where you go. Both have IMMENSE local markets. Both are BUSY cities from morning until night. I remember seeing public (government sponsored) buses in Dar, in Accra, there were none. Both had Tro-Tro, Tuk-Tuk, and taxis. We recommend both cities, but the one we recommend first depends on what you want out of it.

@parsonspartsunknown9868

Thank you for watching our video! It is at least a 30 minute cab ride (you would not walk). Transportation is easy because the hotel can arrange transportation for you. Getting back?… be prepared to walk away from cab drivers who charge you more than it cost to get to your destination.

@@parsonspartsunknown9868 helpful thanks! I’m going to take advantage and ask another question please - are there any activities more convenient to this hotel? I’m staying at the kempinski for some time too.
@parsonspartsunknown9868
@parsonspartsunknown9868 Жыл бұрын
The Marriott is convenient because it is close to the airport… other than that… not too much. The Kempinski is opulent. Expensive… but you get what you pay for. If you want something different, go for a beach hotel. Any hotel you go for will have pluses and minuses. The more you spend on a hotel room, the less you spend on adventures and experiences. You won’t lose going to Ghana, it’s just a question of what you want in the end: relaxing hotel or experiences. Either way you win!

@@parsonspartsunknown9868 cool! Yea I thought about the labadi beach resort but I guess I’ll just visit for a day. I’ve booked 4 nights in kempinski and that was my budget so cashed in miles and night certificates for 2 nights at the Marriott towards the end of my trip. Im staying at the kempinski because of the location! Thanks for the insights!! Very helpful
