Not finishing this song is like going on a trip to Disneyland stopping in the middle of the desert getting out and being like we're here!

Classy way to introduce an artist that you feel has something unique to contribute. Sampling the song the way you did is a good way to allow audience to resonate emotionally and then want to go and support the artist like going and visiting there Channel. Don't see that much with people doing a reaction or professional singing teachers giving their critique. I had to put some thought into this because I wasn't sure at first rather or not you realized that the song wasn't over. But once I did I realized what your intentions where and that this isn't a reaction video or you being a professional and critiquing brother shoe wanted to share something worth and it's easy to go from here to the Yebbas "Abbeys" official KZbin Channel. Your very classy, I like your accent, and your style. Cheers

I do agree with the consensus here that you should have finished the video, but I think that your analysis was insightful and interesting. In the future, to avoid all this negativity, maybe think about pausing the video from time to time when you enjoy something as to take us on a journey with you. I think people more or less were saying they felt robbed, especially since you put the best part of the song quietly in the background. So that's my two cents... you're lovely and I appreciate your candor.

Looking at her during this performance anyone can tell that she is hurt at the moment. She is not thinking about the emotion because the emotion was there even before she got on stage. Hard to tell but either she has lost someone dear recently either the song is about personal experience or maybe both. 7:50 from my point of view the way she did it was perfect, perfection kills emotions.

I was reading the comments as I listened and was in shock reading the comments..knowing you would cut her off..but after watching your whole video I can understand you don't want to take views from the original. Yebba deserves the views. Love your response.

YEBBA is the epitome of soul and for you to cut it off like that is unacceptable. The worst.....absolute worst

Girl... if you’re going to do a reaction at least finish the video. This is added to the top 5 worst reactions to My Mind. Clearly you didn’t feel anything watching her perform.

Her mother died by suicide about a week after Yebba sang her first original song, causing "My Mind" to take on new meaning representing mental health. She says her artist name was chosen to honor her mother, who she said "always called her by the nickname" (her name Abbey written backwards) as a child.

i should check out all the videos , this is nice...i must admit most of the music i listen to is largely jazz influenced , so it can be drum & bass , hip hop , electronic etc. whatever, it will always have that jazz... but i have been flirting with the popy material for so long now, i just didn't know where to dig the right stuff...ur channel will be a great start.
