1. The power of tiny habits ( Change the very small tiny things that u think doesnt matter) 2. Power of identity (3 layers: Result : Dont make your result as I will lose weight. Be more specific i.e. I want to lose 10 mkg weight in 1 month) proces: Dont say I would go gym, eat diet. Rather make proper system like I would do body squat for 5 min push ups for 10 mins etc which gives you the edge . mindset: Think yourself as a fitness man visualize yourself and motivate that after only following the process, my body would be fit . As you have visualized your fit body you are more encouraged ) (Our brain gets very tired after taking too decisions. So start avoiding taking decisions very frequently it makes you tired) 3. 25/5 : Warren buffet eliminating 20 things from your to do list and only giving focus on the five things that are really imp that you have chosen from the list )( Dont just make the to do list, but make the distractions list. For eg, you want to complete a project and it is in your to do list, but you delayed and spent your time on social media. So, start tracking how distractions are affecting you, avoid them either by blocking or removing apps and then really you can focus on your project) 4. 3 R's: Reminder Routine and Reward. ( To make a habit on walking, first you must get yourself reminded of that by alarm clock or by preparing shoes in the door or by any means. Then, try to follow the process that you want to walk just 5 minutes a day. Then reward yourself with your fav. music or chocolate after that) ``````````````````(The process of building a habit can be divided into four simple steps Cue Craving Response Reward ) Eliminate the cue and your habit will never start. Reduce the craving and you won’t experience enough motivation to act. Make the behavior difficult and you won’t be able to do it. And if the reward fails to satisfy your desire, then you’ll have no reason to do it again in the future. 6. Two minute principle: You start focusing on your high end result. Bullshit. Just reduce the friction or time to start the task and just perform or do that habit for just 2 m,inutes. 7. Precommitment: You want to go for a walk tomorrow then you must think the day before night that my shocks and shoes are ready at the door, I will wear this shirt, I will run 5 minutes, then I listen to my favourite mustc. Doing this makes you feel good about performing the task the other day. 8. Keystone habits : Exercise, meditating and cooking are these habits. Ek tir se 2 sikar. Like if you want to increase focus, build muscles and become healthy then you can just go to gym and take benefit of three problems) 9. Environment design : Design your environment to fit for your habit. ( eg, if u want to quit smoking, just add some friction to get a cigarette and always put a chocolate in your pocket and when you starve for cigarette, then you eat the chocolate and your cigarette probelm is solved. 10. The sein field energy: Consistency and dont break the chain. ( Mark cross in your calendar when you do 5 push ups a day, and maintain a chain on that and dont break that and feel the power of consitency ) ```````` I have also included the points that sir hasnt included. BTW if you read this and implement it really you will become david goggins in builidng habits. Lets aim 1000 likes. Thanks me in the comment. )

Maine kuch topics backward kar ke 2 var dekhe aur kuch 3 bar. Mere pas bht zyada goals hai- kuch books padna, meri studies, typing speed badhana, cooking sikhna, stenography me pro banna, aur b bht kuch. Par aapke is video se mai pehle vo goal pura karungi jo course mera almost 33 days k bad pura ho jayega. Bad me hi dusra course start karungi. (25/5) Mmy se karungi ki muje kitchen me bulao. Mai thoda time hi lar dekhungi ki mamma kya kar rahi hai. Aur thodi help b kar dungi(2min habits) Meri studies ko top priority dungi aur class pura hone ke bad 5 min ka break le kar usi jagah baith kar typing karungi (ek cheez ko dusre se connect karna) Aur dopeher ko mere room me nahi soungi bhai ke ya hall me 10 min aaram karungi (3R) Bhaiya aapke sare video bht ache hote h par ye to bht ztada vala acha h Jab aapnw post kiya tab se dwnld kar k rakha h oar time nahi mila dekhne ka. Ye to abi light gayi to luckily maine books band kar ke dekha Thanks a lot lot lot💖💫 Key stone habits: subah fajar pad ke soungi nahi🙈
