Thank you so much for changing my mind and life too. I am a person, who had no goals in life and used to live in a comfort zone, no learning, no book reading. I used to engage in KZbin and other social media approximately 6-7 hours in a day. I watched your video accidentally on 8 feb 2022 and that video has major impact, so from next day I made some changes in my daily routine. 1. Early to bed at 10 PM, earlier it was 2 AM in midnight 2. Early rise in morning at 5 AM, earlier it was 9:30 AM 3. KZbin watching for learning 4. Less news watching /reading 5. Less tv watching 6. All applications Notification blocked 7. No network in phone while office 8. Phone uses on specific time intervals 9. Book readings like - Time Management, Success And Happiness, 7 habits of most effective people and now reading rich dad poor dad. 8. Daily yoga 9 . Meditation 10. Self love 11. Now working to apply similar rules as mentioned in Success and Happiness by JP Dubey. 12 . I want to be team builder and want to guide and motivate my team. Still more changes to be come.
