Can you use Mi Home app(not the Chinese version) to control the lightstrip pro? Have seen a few people saying they couldn't set up the 1S lightstrip in mi home. I want to be able to use it with a mija switch so requires mi home integration.

This light strip has the quality of light strip rgb led that came out over ten years ago. Basic garbage. You can buy this for $9.99 off Amazon. Product after hours and multiple devices does not synch up the app that apparently modernized this ancient light strip. It's basically a scam. Simple solid colors and fade. And all the extensions get loose and come apart with no movement eventually. The worst part was trying to communicate with the seller took several attempts to request and be given a return label. Secondly, they refuse to refund the defective merchandise. They sent me an email explaining that because it looked used. I bought a monster cable light strip and it is fantastic. So I never used this one. The seller gas accused me of tampering with tape on back, which I did not. Regardless even if I did. I fulfilled my end of the return policy and this company is choosing to steal my money. Numerous emails and they keep making up more reasons as to why they can't refund Mr, like a tear in the packaging. This company is not to be trusted. I am disputing through VISA transaction to get m rightful money back. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend the product or the company. Worst I ever bought or dealt with. And I am a lighting fanatic. Please be careful.
