About the ness clip at 3:55 PSI Magnet has a weak windbox after the hitbox comes out, and the strength of windboxes are exaggerated when affecting items which is why it pushed wario bike that fast.

It's not often used but Ness has a crazy windbox for PSI magnet. Now that it has a hitbox in ultimate it's mostly used for that but the windbox is strong enough to push Wario's bike, makeup koopas, ROBs gyro, soccer ball, and even characters if you get the spacing right.
