This sort of dish is my favorite too..but would offer you a few suggestions to enhance the flavour. Firstly try finding fresh parsley and sauté the rice with it..secondly that garlic butter you made try making it a brown garlic butter to baste the grilled chicken not baked chicken..thirdly lightly blanch broccoli and French beans and then sauté with chopped garlic..finally put cream cheese, cheddar (not mozzarella) and sprinkle little chilli flakes in the mashed potatoes..trust me it will become soul food❤❤❤❤
