It's like saying "the mail man already came but they rejected him", still is a mail man, it's a secondary role and not the role mankind is waiting for, that's the messiah king. It's either the suffering servant that needs yo be rejected if not it wouldn't be a suffering servant anymore, or it's a messiah king, both can't be at the same time.
