F H how I perceive it is: people who are described as “users” abuse heroin because it’s so addictive and makes you feel great. Dope is slang for heroin. People who are addicted to heroin are called fiends = dope fiend (they fiend for dope) So when lil B says “plus I’m a user dope fiend music” he could be saying he uses heroin and thus makes ‘dope fiend music’ I.e. music for dope fiends made by a dope fiend However, dope is also slang for amazing. he could also be saying that his music is so amazing that it is addictive to listen to. In fact it’s even more addictive than heroin itself. Thus people who listen to his music fiend for his dope(amazing) music. He knows how to make dope music because he is a user of dope music (he listens to other amazing music) It’s the ambiguity that makes this bar so great.
