First of all, so far this one is the best reaction video that you've dropped considering all the breakdowns that you honestly tried to come up with. But Classy you gotta understand one thing and that's a big fucking fact which is, no matter how hard you try you won't ever be able to understand the undertows involved in this particular beef unless you're from NE India. These things are too subliminal for an outsider to catch, I mean I know a lot about European and American culture thanks to all kinds of media that I consumed. However, I can't ever claim that I really feel you guys as I've never been there. As an example, I am aware of the east-coast and west coast rivalries back in early 90's which claimed the lives of Biggie and Pac which is some sort of a big episode in the history of hip-hop. As such I am in no condition to presume the actual atmosphere of the scene back then since I am not aware of all the facets or most of the facets of that beef. Just like that you won't ever dig the emotional aspects of being a North-easterner in India unless you get here and actually digest the socio-political atmosphere out here. And as far as Yelhomie's aggression on this one is concerned he just upped the ante, bruh. His wrath is coming from a real place, trust me. I personally somewhat felt that all these recent beefs on NE hip-hop scene were missing the element of genuine aggression for any damn reason I am not aware of. This guy brought on that element to the table, man. And now the NE hip-hop scene is getting really exciting. Unlike those unnecessary beefs between Raftaar, Emiway and Krsna who just got into the beef just for the sake of it or to be more precise those were for the views and publicity. They simply concocted it without the actual need for that. Let me also tell you that hip-hop was already a big thing in NE region way before the mainstream Indian hip-hop scene came alive but we never got our dues. Fuck it, I mean most of the fucking mainland crowd came to know about hip-hop only after Bollywood dished out 'Gully Boy' which helped in increasing the popularity of the genre tremendously. No doubt, there were some OG's like Bohemia (m a big fan), Devine, Nazzy and too some extent Brodha V. Apart from these you can't count those assholes like Honey fucking Singh and Bashah as rappers. My point is the hip-hop scene in India was really an underground scene as recently as 2012 but nowadays everyone is into it which is good in a way but we NE guys deserve true respect which we are not getting. These clowns think Emiway, Raftaar, Krsna are the best which I don't agree with at all. You see it for yourself Classy, peace bruh ✌✌✌ Sorry for the wrong comment but I didn't have any other option but to let you in on the real stuffs in order for you to be able to react much better in future.

Many innocents were killed, we were oppressed in our own kangleipak (motherland) and even in mainland india we were discriminated and situation has only began to calm down recently... however to this day AFSPA is still not revoked and still the NE suffers from lack of funds for development.... Classy I get where you are coming from for real, and I don't know this guy personally but I think you need to be politically concious aswell if you are going to react to diss tracks as such....so let me simplify. The indigenous people of Manipur are known as 'yelhoumie' among other names, his name in itself is a fight for the minorities in India, like yell-homies as in speak up brothers. Secondly u said any African American can represent the whole of america, ok yes I get it but u have to be a part of the struggles if you are going to represent a community I feel, awareness is one thing being involved is a whole different ball game, I think you should check out "chinaMac" he is a Chinese guy who used to be in a gang known as ghost shadows, did 10 years in a jail cell, he grew up in the culture, the environment, in the hood, with all of his other brothers, u can see him protesting, walking the streets and rioting against the inequality, that just an example for you to get acquainted with what the deal in all about here because you see BIG DEAL, he didn't spring up from the soils of N.E, he didn't get the police people beating him up when we staged protest, he wasn't there when the N.E girls where raped, yeah he may be aware of it but it isn't the same brother, like how you yourself can be aware of the struggles in a Cali hood but like they say if you ain't about the streets better get urself away from it soon. So the fact that big deal jumped on that bandwagon when N.E people where getting ostracized in mainland india for an opportunity to escalate his rap career seemed a little fickle....yeah maybe he loves the people and the community yes but you have to be aware that appropriating has never been okay, representing is when u are a part of the struggle, appreciating is shouting out for the people but acting like he been thu that all and evrything is one of the reasons you will never hear an Eminem song banging in the hood...much love and peace, let's keep this game alive.

When I first listened to the song, I thought the man was from NE, but disappointed when found out that he wasn't. However, I don't really think the guy was just hounding for views, or maybe he was, we will never know for sure. But, let's talk about all that goes around in the country; its a reality that people from our region are discriminated against in some way or another because of, ignorance, lack of awareness or just innate racism. However, one thing that we can agree on is that this has been a reality since the beginning of time. We also get on the high horse when any unfortunate incident takes place to one of our fellow brother or sister, but we forget the daily discrimination and racism that we also partake in when it comes to people from other state in the NE region as well. This is a very complex issue, and somehow always skips to become the talking point or change the discourse in any way possible. So when a fellow brother, even if he is not from our region, when brings out the key issues and the troubles faced by our people into the mainstream, we should appreciate it rather than putting him down. I agree that the facts weren't always clearly on point. But, the intent behind the song wasn't to educate people about our history, but to make them aware of the problems and the reality of some people.
