Don't Talk To Strangers is how the Gen X group was brought up. Mom's sheltered their children and made them anti social and definitely non cordial. And we all wonder what happen to common courtesies and kindness. We see it in customer services though, they are also the most vocal about how they themselves are treated. Case in Point.
