At the 40 second mark it looks like 2 younger members of the pack were playing and the leader just turned around and stares at them… they then fall back into the subordinate ranks

Those wolves are look like a Japanese dog or Siberian husky. Black wolves are hybrid dog between wolf long time ago. They are near by domestic dog.
