I have the Yema Sea Spider automatic in the blue dial. It is my favorite watch and it always gets comments! Interesting to see a video review of its "brother"!

Interesting watch. I could not help notice that the hour markers are coffin-shaped.

Very interesting review. The history with Seiko explains how a watch named Yema ended up with a Hardlex crystal. Great job!

Sapphire, would be too brittle for a dive watch.

I have this exact watch. I bought it at a going out of business sale at a jewelry store at a mall in Tucson, back in 2003.

I have the exact same watch, but it has an orange face and I bought it in Tucson at a place called a 1 watch repair. Isn't this amazing? We have this exact same watch. Mine has an orange face. I've had it for over 30 years in excellent condition. I highly ever wear it. It's kinetic. I don't move around as much as I used to.

A very nice watch, but you know me, i like better automatic watches. The background music is really soothing. Keep up the good work Neal.

Thank you for the information about the watch. I didn't know that it had a lithium-ion battery inside of it. I think I'll have it changed out. It's never been changed out. That's why it doesn't keep good. time. It doesn't stay charged up. I really love the presentation that you put on about the watch. Now that I know it's rare, could you tell me what it's worth?

I remember seeing this one before I believe , very cool. Waiting to see what evolves with the introduction of the new Battery types like Graphene I think it's called etc. Tech may be changing in all forms very soon. 🥂 Man, I called it when Rambus memory came out for PC's went from $18 IPO to like $572 and then split 4 times. Could of been rich ! Lol

Yep! Gonna have to look into that Graphene battery!
