We really like summer but let’s face the fact that we also place ourselves at its mercy when the hot weather hits. At such moments we are escaping to the balconies, terraces, or for picnics with our loved ones to freshen up. At such moments homemade ice cold drinks, desserts served cold help to cool us off.
However, if we are suffering from dentin sensitivity, we lack these refreshing moments.
We prepared watermelon frozen, ice cream sandwich, strawberry yoghurt ice cream, and banana-biscuit iced coffee with Chef Ferhat with the sponsorship of Sensodyne. 1-) ICE CREAM SANDWICH
Ingredients for the cookie:
85 grams of butter (3 and a half tablespoons)
150 grams of granulated sugar (3/4 cup)
2 tablespoons of pekmez (grape molasses)
150 grams of flour (1 cup + 1 tablespoon)
40 grams of cacao (2 tablespoons)
1 package of vanillin
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3/4 cup of milk
For the stuffing:
500 grams of vanilla ice cream

1 cup of chocolate chips

2-) WATERMELON FROZEN
Ingredients for the frozen:
1 bowl of watermelon (peeled, without seeds, frozen)
Juice of a half lemon
1/2 tablespoon of honey

2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
Peel of 1 lemon

3-) STRAWBERRY YOGHURT ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
500 grams of frozen strawberries
2 cups of strained yoghurt
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tablespoons of honey

4-) BANANA-BISCUIT ICED COFFEE
Ingredients for the coffee:
4 pieces of baby biscuits
1 medium-size banana
1 tea glass of filtered coffee (100 ml, cold)
1 tea glass of cold milk (100 ml)
8 ice cubes
For garnishing:
1/2 tablespoon of caramel sauce

Good to know:
1-) In all of our recipes, the standard 200 ml cups are used.
2-) In our videos that the oven is used, the oven is always on upper-lower with fan mode unless our chefs say the opposite.
