Try to include ant-inflammatory herbs such as turmeric in your diet. Turmeric cured me of gout. You can use the turmeric to make tea. I regularly drink Boldo, and guinea hen weed as teas and I put moringa in my smoothies. You can also add the moringa powder to your orange juice. I also use coconut oil regularly.
