I wish I could be as positive as you. So difficult as I'm a single parent of 3 teens!🤪 especially with my negative personality. I try to be positive but just can't. I am totally with you on the "wheel and come again" days girl you hit that nail on the head. I call those days my give up days where I do nothing and just sulk and allow myself to be defeated, but then I go for a run or do some insanity workoutS and mi wheel and come again!
