I have Xiaomi Note 4x mobile. The problem is a particular sim company's sim is suddenly stop working. I wanted to try the process u showed in this video. But my mobile doesn't have any app called SIM TOOLKIT..so what should I do? Update: I replaced the sim card from the sim company, now it's ok. Problem was in the sim card, not in the mobile.

If it's a COVID era samsung- mines the s21, it was working fine until a system update and now it no longer sees the sim... eSIMs show "unknown number" and the physical sim isn't seen... Show's no sim, search for service... Samsung update bricked this phone... I've replaced the SIM reader, I've made sure all the cables are seated... I've removed and gotten new eSIMs- which some of these worked for a period of time, and then another update later they stop working... Nothing works now... Stay away from the s21's and the s22's... I don't know if the 23 or 24 are affected or not...

It could also be that the company or device can't interchange with the other company. Say u have Sprint... U can't use that Sprint phone at cricket. I do know Nokia is also not compatible with cricket either

This did not work for me as well but luckily I saw a video where they say you can put some tape on the back of the sim card to hold it in place. That worked for me. Hope this helps.
