Uninstall update of the Webview app don't uninstall the app. It's Samsung's official Twitter account's recommendation. Worked for me.

It works for me when you have full memory, and try to make it empty, have at least 10/16 gb and it's gonna be fine, other methods, restart your phone 10 time or power it off for a days, for me, the first factor why it's happening because of the systems that have been running for the last 1 week, so the phone needs a little rest. So never let your phone running for more than 1 week.
