Go to the playstore and delete WebView from your phone. Someone told me in another comment and everything is working again. Restart phone after you delete it. It Android WebView.

It works for me when you have full memory, and try to make it empty, have at least 10/16 gb and it's gonna be fine, other methods, restart your phone 10 time or power it off for a days, for me, the first factor why it's happening because of the systems that have been running for the last 1 week, so the phone needs a little rest. So never let your phone running for more than 1 week.
