Saw it in theatres 4 times, 3 times in color and once in "Black and White" ("-C" Minus Color)... Every silent moment was silent, every tear was shed. GWoT Veterans were crying, no one left this movie without a thought. As a GWotT Veteran myself, I think this movie has a LOT to say about PTSD, Survivor's Guilt, and Post War Fatigue. We're exhausted. Home was supposed to be SAFE and Happy, but NOPE, when we get back home, it's all fucked up.

I feel you. People should know that war isn't all about valor and dignity. Seeing that experience in all aspects is the true way to honor those who served. Yes, we celebrate triumph, but we must also recognize the inherent tragedy in it.
