Ok...here i go...First off...windy as PHK! Not alone can you fly a kite on that island, you can be the kite...No bee ess...2...next to the freeway? all the soot you can possibly choke down...and for 700 gees, that's a lot of soot! 3...You're near nothing....close but a cars drive away...and 4...on hot still days? it'll still be hot but windy as PHK!! lol...so...enjoy....Btw..the rest of the island is home to section 8...Those people that couldn't make a go of it...
