Ditto on the garlic, while there may be a thing as too much garlic, I've yet to hit that...well, maybe that one time I felt like I was going to spit fire... Congrats Marion! And also thanks for this uber easy and delicious recipe that's going into rotation. I've never thought about using tomatoes in Egg Drop Soup but I'm also thinking of re-hydrating some Shiitake mushrooms in the stock for some extra oomph.

That sounds delicious even without being pregnant. How about this for a weird pregnancy craving... 2 scoops of Rocky Road ice cream, 1/2 can of RC Cola and, drum roll please, 1 cup of Corn Pops. That’s right, Corn Pops CEREAL! It was SO yummy, I had it every day in my last trimester! And I was very lucky... no gestational diabetes. Lol After I gave birth, though, I was craving it when I came back from the hospital and to my surprise, IT WAS AWFUL! Hahaha Blessings to you, Marion, on your new arrival! My mom always loves to make this soup! Usually she doesn't stir the egg before so sometimes there is a whole egg yolk to find somewhere, and I loved eating that little egg nugget! Usually she uses fish sauce instead of soy sauce though (we're vietnamese, everyone has fish sauce in their kitchen asdfghjkl)
