Money talks, in the long run it benefits the PL to not sanction City. They've been the most successful team the last decade. They couldn't give a toss about docking Forrest and Everton. 35 of the charges are for not cooperating. Which is punished with a fine by the leagues own rules. There'll be a huge difference on which of the charges (if any) Man City will get convicted of. If the fraud charges collapses you can expect a significantly lesser punishment. Like a fine.

@@RitchyEvan Let us put the other way: Would you play comfortable with enthusiasm knowing that you are on the verge of being sent to championship or dethroned from your titles? Furthermore, the hearing in the week that City hosts INTER and ARSEMAL, as I said, is not good as ARSENAL is in great form. I cannot see mechanisms to stop the speed of Arsenal. City may easily be heavily defeated. As a City fan, I am very worried with this match vs ARSENAL The speed ARTETA is putting into the game is out of this world. MARTINELLI & Company are running like FERRARIs. At least we will have an excuse for the losses this week.

@@RitchyEvan Exactly. However, I do have a filling that City is not guilty, otherwise this issue would have been resolved years ago since it came to public domain. Let us see how the charges have been prepared, how the City's Lawyers will perform and especially if the deadlines for this punishment did not expired.

Charges are for 2009 , why are they being argued 15 years later ? The fa should be tried for covering up
